Deep Listening: Dialoguing with tissues, fluids and the horse. A 2-day osteopathic training with Equine Osteopath Allie Plaschka, Osteopathic Practitioner Alexa Linton and the herd at Raven Moon Farm

In this 2 day training we’ll be focusing on what it means to go “into the ease” and sharing osteopathic theory, palpation and presence exercises and gentle practices supporting fluid flow and balance, building the functional reserve, mobilizing the diaphragms, resetting the nervous system and supporting healthy spinal dynamics and viscera. We’ll also be exploring what it means to go into the ease in treatment and beyond and why it works so well with humans and horses (hint: it starts with the embryo). . You will leave with a new understanding of osteopathic treatment, a deeper sense of presence and neutrality, as well as some effective and supportive techniques and practices.
Human practitioners welcome (it’s fascinating and helpful to learn this work with horses!). The herd of Raven Moon Farm is very accustomed to manual therapy, osteopathy and cranial therapy and create a supportive learning environment for all.

Only 10 spaces available to ensure ample support for each student

Pre-requisite for registration: 100 hours of human or equine manual therapy/osteopathic course work or equivalent.
